Manufacturing
Cleaning that works around a running line.
Production does not stop so housekeeping can happen. Our scope is built around your shift pattern, your machine areas, and the parts of the floor a general cleaning crew is not allowed to touch.
What goes wrong
The risk profile in this kind of building.
Housekeeping findings
OSHA housekeeping is one of the quietest ways a plant gets written up. Debris in aisles, blocked access, and standing residue all read as findings.
Slip and fall exposure
Coolant, oil, and shrink wrap dust on a hard floor is a claim waiting to be filed. One incident costs more than a year of contract.
Shift gaps
A vendor who only staffs first shift leaves you covering second and third yourself, usually with production people who have other jobs.
Standards that apply
What you are being held to.
We work to these every day. Ask us for the documentation and you will have it the same week.
- OSHA general industry housekeeping expectations
- SDS maintained on site and current
- Lockout and machine area protocols respected, always
- PPE requirements matched to your plant, not ours
- Customer and corporate audit readiness

Our scope here
What we would actually do.
We scope from a walk, not a spreadsheet. Square footage tells us almost nothing until we have seen where the traffic actually is, which areas require escorts, and what your last audit flagged.
- Production floor scrubbing, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Strip and wax, scrub and recoat on scheduled cycles
- Wipe-down of walls, baseboards, guarding, and railings
- Line cleaning coordinated with your production schedule
- Restrooms, canteens, locker rooms, and break areas
- Offices, lobbies, conference rooms, and training areas
- Trash and recycling collection, compaction, and bundling
- Day porter coverage during production hours
- Coverage across all shifts, including weekends

Next step
Let us walk your facility.
No cost, no obligation. We take the time your building needs, from a quick look to a full walkthrough of a large site, give you an honest read, and tell you what we would do differently. Whether you hire us this year or three years from now, you learn something either way.
