Careers

Cleaning work with a manager, a schedule, and benefits.

Most cleaning jobs are subcontracted, unsupervised, and gone in six months. Ours are not. We hire employees, we train them, and we promote from inside.

Why work here

What is different about working for HM.

You are an employee

W-2 with full benefits. Not a 1099 contractor sorting out your own taxes and insurance.

Somebody is in charge

Every site has a manager on shift. You are never dropped in a building and left to figure it out.

Real schedules

Set shifts at a specific building, seven days a week of operations across our accounts.

A path up

Our site managers and area managers came from the floor. That is how we prefer to fill those roles.

Onboarding, the HM way

You are not dropped in a building. You are carried up a path.

  1. Apply

    Through our applicant portal

  2. Screen

    E-Verify, background check, drug screening

  3. Train

Safety, PPE, chemicals, and the SOP for your site

  4. Place

On a managed site, with a manager on your shift

  5. Grow

A path up. Our managers came from the floor

Open positions and applications

All of our hiring runs through our applicant portal. You can see current openings and apply there. It takes a few minutes.

Opens our hiring portal in a new tab. HM Solutions is an E-Verify employer. Background check and drug screening are part of hiring.

Life at HM

Nobody here gets left to sink.

You will have a manager on your shift, people who cover for you, and a company that would rather train you up than replace you.

A manager short-handed on a Tuesday gets help from a manager two accounts over, without calling the office first. People train each other. When somebody is out, the shift still runs, and nobody gets punished for needing a hand.

Ownership here knows people by name, and usually their families too. If something happens in your life, a loss, a new baby, a car that will not start, you are talking to people who actually care about the answer. That goes for everyone, whether you sit at the home office or clean a plant floor at two in the morning.

We get together outside of work too: cookouts, holidays, and the milestones worth marking. None of that is a policy. It is just what happens when a company keeps good people instead of constantly hiring new ones.
